Founder Santina Proctor created It’s Not Your Fault 91 in hopes to get rid of the mentality “What happens in house stays in house”. Santina grew up in a home in which she witnessed her mother endure every form of domestic violence. The purpose of this site is to inform everyone “Sometimes the Children are the Survivors” and present domestic violence from a child’s perspective.
It’s Not Your fault 91 offers 48 hours emergency hotel shelter to those transitioning from a domestic violent situation when local shelters are unavailable, utility bill and grocery assitance. Survival kits are also given to help aid victims become survivors. We also offer educational seminars to all types of organizations to promote prevention and awareness.
